Loveframe provides AI-powered art generation services that transform your photos into artistic masterpieces. Our service includes:

• Digital artwork generation using advanced AI models
• Multiple artistic styles and customization options
• High-resolution image downloads (plan-dependent)
• Physical print ordering and delivery
• Commercial licensing options

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration: You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our service.

3. Generation Credits & Plans

3.1 Credit System: Our service operates on a credit-based system. Each art generation consumes one credit.

3.2 Plan Types:

• Free Plan: Limited trial generations with watermarks
• Digital Pack: 5 generations, 1 download
• Starter Pack: 15 generations, 3 downloads
• Studio Pack: 50 generations, 12 downloads

3.3 Credit Expiration: Credits do not expire but are non-transferable.

3.4 No Refunds: Digital credits are non-refundable once purchased (see Refund Policy for exceptions).

4. Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload to our service.

4.2 Content License: By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and generate artwork from your images.

4.3 Generated Artwork:

• Personal Use: You own the generated artwork for personal, non-commercial use
• Commercial Use: Requires purchase of Commercial License (see Commercial License)

4.4 Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Depicts minors in any form
• Violates any applicable laws

5. Print Orders

5.1 Physical Products: We offer printing and shipping services for generated artwork.

5.2 Order Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before ordering prints.

5.3 Shipping: Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Download Limits

6.1 Download Restrictions: High-resolution downloads are limited based on your plan tier.

6.2 Re-downloads: Previously downloaded images can be re-downloaded without consuming additional download credits.

6.3 Watermarks: Free plan generations include watermarks. Paid plans receive watermark-free images.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Use automated systems to access our service excessively
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Generate content for illegal purposes
• Abuse or overload our systems

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8.2 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance with minimal notice.

8.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Payment & Billing

9.1 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

9.2 Pricing: Prices are subject to change with notice to active users.

9.3 Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9.4 Failed Payments: Access may be suspended for failed payments.

11. Disclaimers

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loveframe and Loveframe shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loveframe, Loveframe, and our affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties

14. Dispute Resolution
