1 · Who we are
Loveframe ("we") sells personalised wall art created from photos you upload. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2 · Your photos
You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload. We only use your photos to create your artwork — never for advertising or model training without explicit consent.
3 · Your artwork
Generated portraits are licensed to you for personal use. Purchased pieces — printed or digital — are yours to keep and reproduce for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4 · Orders & delivery
Prices include framing and standard shipping where stated. Production takes 2–4 days; delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
5 · Approval before print
You review and approve every portrait before it's printed, so nothing is produced until you're happy. Because each piece is made to order, please check your preview carefully. See our Refund Policy for returns and damaged/defective items.
6 · Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
